How to Apply

Step 1:

Determine whether your program is a good match for Trust funding.

Step 2:

Schedule a meeting with a program officer.

Step 3:

Complete the online application documents, including attachments. Applications are only accepted through the online application process.

Application Deadlines are:

Health Care Division:	Poor and Needy Division (Forsyth County only)
March 15th	January 15th
September 15th	July 15th
