WS RISE Neighborhood Opportunity Index

The NOI is an interactive dashboard designed to identify needs and gaps in Forsyth County. In addition to identifying under-resourced areas, this tool can be used to guide resource allocation, inform policy decisions, and support advocacy efforts. NOI serves as a resource for government agencies, policymakers, funders, social good organizations, and community advocates.

NOI connects resources to people in Black and Brown communities that stand to gain the most. Using the resource, you can gain insight into the underlying causes of systemic problems by neighborhood.
