Joe Crocker is a WCU alum with a degree in business administration. He retired in 2019 and was appointed to the BOT in 2021. Crocker previously worked as the director of Local Impact in Forsyth County at the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust. He is well known for his civic career across the Carolinas.
