The Trust thanks the Colorado Health Foundation, as well as the full group of funders from across the country, who convened to investigate and share insights across the varying models of place-based philanthropy.
Since our Healthy-Places 10-year initiative, the Trust continues to work with community organizations to build the capacity of new leaders, bring unlikely partners together, and impact local, county, and state policies to support thriving communities and a healthier state.
We consider it a privilege to learn alongside organizations deeply invested in amplifying community power, and we look forward to doing even deeper analysis and peer learning in an effort to cultivate the next generation of place-based philanthropy.
