North Carolina Community Health Center Association
Programmatic funds for core organizational efforts of statewide umbrella group supporting 200 FQHCs/ FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) Look-a-Likes. The North Carolina Community Health Center Association (NCCHCA) is the state's primary care association supporting the 38 sponsoring agencies across 72 counties. In 2015, these health centers served 483,711 patients. Since the 2010 Trust investment in the incubator project, a focused training and support effort to get more FQHC’s into the federal funding and designation pipeline, 60 new sites serving an additional 98,000 patients have been established.

Programmatic funds to continue and expand the data sharing project between Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools and partner organizations.

Programmatic support to fund the expansion of Welcome Baby and Parent Aide home visiting programs, a fatherhood initiative, behavioral health counseling, and support groups for women suffering from postpartum depression.
