Programmatic funds to help rural health centers test and implement telehealth and telemonitoring technology to improve patient outcomes. Funds will support the state association of federally qualified health centers to test telehealth and telemonitoring systems in clinics that treat low-income patients. This project also will fund a nurse to help health centers integrate technology into workflow. This will allow the association to better assist centers when choosing and purchasing technology solutions.
