Capital funds to improve access to health care for low-income youth in all 14 public schools in McDowell County. The Health-e-Schools program utilizes telemedicine equipment to connect nurse practitioners to students, current equipment is antiquated and unreliable. Funds will cover 12 mobile telemedicine units in McDowell County and associated software fees.
