Programmatic support to fund a strategic plan to address the next phase of work in Forsyth County that involves many pressing issues related to homelessness. This project will use a collective impact model in which members of the Continuum of Care will set a common agenda, use shared measurement to assess progress, engage in mutually reinforcing activities, and engage in continuous communication.
