Columbus County Community Opioid, Alcohol and Other Drug Survey

The Columbus County Community Opioid, Alcohol and Other Drug Survey collects demographics of survey participants and provides insight into community members’ perceptions of strengths, available resources, and challenges faced in the community in regards to substance use and mental health. The survey tool is useful in gaining an understanding about community perceptions and needs.

The survey will collect demographic information from survey participants, which may be used in substance misuse needs assessments or strategic planning.
