The Maternal and Infant Health Mapping (MIHM) Tool is an interactive online tool that allows users to create and customize county-level maps on maternal and infant health. This tool was designed to help decision-makers and others understand infant and maternal health need and target resources related to within their communities. Users are able to upload their own data sources for their own use.
