This interactive data tool provides a snapshot of 4 dimensions of opportunity that can be used to identify and improve access to opportunity -economy; education; health; and community. Data is included for Forsyth County; North Carolina; and the U.S. Youth disconnection is included as one of the community indicators. The Opportunity Index provides a composite score at the county; state; and national levels and includes a snapshot of conditions that can be used to identify and improve access to opportunity. The tool includes data since 2011 and shows how scores have changed over time.
