Debra Hall

Grants Manager

At the Trust

My work at the Trust has been enriched by seeing communities come together to enhance the lives of others. As the grants manager, I manage the finance and compliance of our grant portfolio, implement grant processes, establish standards, maintain deadlines, and help organizations  with IRS regulations.

My Proudest Accomplishment

Working with grassroots and smaller organizations to help them stay in compliance with the IRS and maintain their tax exempt status is rewarding work, and I am proud of the many ways I help grantees each and every day. The Trust also goes back to my roots–my great grandfather worked as foreman of Ms. Kate’s Tanglewood estate, maintaining her home and the surrounding property for many years. He would be so proud of what her legacy has accomplished.

When the Day is Done

I have four children at all stages of life including two independent young adults and two young children at home. We love family vacations at the beach during any season. I also lead the children’s ministry at my church on Sundays. In addition to quality time with my kids, I enjoy rose gardens, cats, and coffee.
