At the Trust

I lead, direct and supervise the operations and work of staff across all Trust departments. I serve as a strategic thought partner to the Trust’s president and ensure staff work cross-functionally in support of the mission and vision of the Trust. My daily work focuses on mission effectiveness, strategic implementation, organizational culture, fostering belonging, equity, human resources management, leadership development and systems change.

My Proudest Accomplishment

As an immigrant from India, I am proud to work alongside individuals from diverse backgrounds. My professional social work journey has primarily focused on supporting women and families. My previous experiences as a nonprofit executive director shapes my approach to philanthropy to ensure the voices of those directly impacted are centered in the work.

When the Day is Done

I serve on the Board of the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits. I am a mother, social worker, social change advocate, connector, community, and sisterhood builder. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as reading, writing, traveling, and keynote speaking. Beautiful places and kind people inspire me.
