Congratulations to Brandy Bynum, Associate Director of Rural Forward NC, on her selection as a 2016 Rural Health Fellow.
After the completion of a competitive review process, 16 fellows were selected to participate in this year-long, intensive program aimed at developing leaders who can articulate a clear and compelling vision for rural America.
Brandy has been instrumental in the Trust’s Healthy Places NC work–first supporting community engagement and outreach in Halifax County and now as associate director at Rural Forward NC, which provides additional support to the Trust’s Healthy Places NC counties in the central and eastern part of the state.
