Trust grantee Family Services’ is planning how to increase access to universal pre-K in Forsyth County through its Pre-K Priority coalition. The Trust is proud to support this important effort.
Trust President Dr. Laura Gerald says, “We want everyone to thrive, regardless of their economic status or color of their skin. Too often, due to high costs, wait lists or bias, people are not able to access such services. Children are then cared for by family friends and neighbors, rather than licensed early learning opportunities.”
