With ACA open-enrollment season ongoing, Peletah Ministries is extending a hand to the community in Eastern North Carolina. This Trust grantee is part of a collaborative of health-care navigators who are guiding people through the process of signing up for coverage through the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid, working with Access East.
“That’s where our focus really is,” Dr. Dawn Baldwin-Gibson, executive director of Peletah Ministries said. “Enrollment, making sure that people are getting preventative care and really being able to be on a solid, resilient foundation for any other health challenges that may face our community.”
