City with Dwellings: A Community First Initiative
Capital support to fund the purchase of various pieces of office equipment needed to establish permanent administrative processes in assisting staff to better manage the homeless guests they serve and for efficient program and volunteer management. Office equipment would enable better access to homeless guest registration and guest support, making volunteers more effective in their work.
Shepherd’s Center of Kernersville, Inc.
Operating funds to conduct six dental clinics for financially needy residents aged 65 and above in the Kernersville area; two clinics in 2013 and four clinics in 2014.
Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County, Inc.
Operating funds to engage the Boston-Thurmond Neighborhood in the process of community engagement for the purpose of constructing a playground in partnership with KaBoom!, a national playground development organization.

Capital funds to provide training support on new fundraising software for staff and volunteers.

Operating funds to support the co-location of behavioral health care services in a primary care setting serving low-income individuals in a Federally Qualified Health Center in Mecklenburg County.

Operating funds to further develop behavioral health service integration into the Black River Health Services clinics of Pender County.
Assure The Future, Inc.
Operating funds to support the implementation of a rural Nurse Family Partnership Program (NFP) serving low-income, pregnant first time mothers in Burke County.
AIDS Care Service, Inc.
Operating funds to establish a "shared housing initiative/residence" for residents living with HIV/AIDS.
