Panorama School Climate Survey: Teachers and Staff

The Panorama School Climate Survey analyzes relationships among students and between students and teachers as well as attitudes toward the working environment among teachers and staff. The questions serve as a baseline for comparison of teacher perspectives and allow users to identify areas of strength and gaps in school climate. While providing provocative questions, the survey lacks context for implementation and information on application and source.

It can be used to identify areas of strength and weakness in the school climate and develop targeted interventions to improve the overall climate, school policies and practices, and teachers’ well-being. In addition, stakeholders can use this tool to compare the school climate with other schools or districts to gain insights into best practices for building a positive school climate.
