Trauma Resilient Community Mezzo-Level Assessment: Systems and Institutions
This Mezzo-level report provides broader community context on ACEs in Forsyth county by surveying child-serving organizations on staff’s own experiences of ACEs and how well child-serving organizations in Forsyth County currently align with the Trauma Resilient Communities model.

North Carolina Data Portal
The North Carolina Data Portal provides users with access to data, maps, and tools required to conduct community health assessments and other public health activities. North Carolina’s NC Data Portal is poised to serve as the primary source of secondary health data for most local health departments.
Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System
The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System is a system of state-based telephone surveys that collects info about chronic disease and injury risk behaviors, preventive health practices, and access to health care.

Indicators of Healthy Aging: A Guide to Explore Healthy Aging Data through Community Health Improvement
The purpose of this resource is to better understand and advance healthy aging through community health improvement activities as well as provide a roadmap for health departments, health practitioners, nonprofits, health systems, and community organizations.
Columbus County Community Opioid, Alcohol and Other Drug Survey
The Columbus County Community Opioid, Alcohol and Other Drug Survey collects demographics of survey participants and provides insight into community members’ perceptions of strengths, available resources, and challenges faced in the community in regards to substance use and mental health.

The Climate and Economic Justice Screening Tool provides information about environmental health burdens on communities.
