A Systems Map of Generational Trauma in the Rural U.S.
This presentation is a great example of a causal loop diagram with a rich story on trauma and resilience in the rural NC. In this systems map, variables are color-coded and categorized into either vicious or virtuous cycles, which allows audiences to deepen their understanding of how each variable interacts with others and how the relationships of variables shape the historically systematic behaviors in the community.

The Roadmap for Racial Equity: An Imperative for Workforce Development Advocates
The Roadmap for Racial Equity recognizes the historical disparities in employment and income as well as the challenges faced by people of color with deep generational roots and immigrants in the United States. Moreover, the report illustrates how existing workforce development policies intentionally create systemic barriers to people of color and recommends policy solutions / interventions for both state and federal levels with specific actions to take to build an equitable employment system and diverse racial workforce in the U.S.
Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care Scale (ARTIC-10)
The Attitudes Related to Trauma-Informed Care Scale is a validated tool developed by the Traumatic Stress Institute to measure attitudes toward trauma-informed care among staff working in settings such as school systems, human service agencies, state agencies, healthcare, and research. Two versions of ARTIC are available and user-charge, which are ARTIC-10 and ARTIC-35. ARTIC-10 example is attached for your view.

This ROI Data Dashboard Annual Reflection Tool-Kit is a facilitation guide to gather more insight on trauma and resilience topics from large and small group discussions during your data collection process, which includes step-by-step instructions with recommended measurements (Excel file) to allow you to capture community feedback on the story behind quantitative data. The guide can be used to facilitate discussions about data, context behind quantitative data, and aligning data collection with community goals.
