The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Interactive Tools
This dashboard provides dataset topics on the CMS program and payment, provider and beneficiary characteristics. For example, it has look-up tools on Medicare inpatient hospitals by provider and services, interactive map tools of Medicare disparities by population or hospital, and dashboards that show the prevalence of 21 chronic conditions by state and comparisons of geographic areas among the Medicare population. The Mapping Medicare Disparities tool is available in English and Spanish.
NC Division of Health Service Regulation- Licensed Facilities
The source provides the listings of the licensed facilities by the type of service they provide their clients in NC, such as adult care homes, mental health facilities, nursing homes, etc.
Small Area Health Insurance Estimates
This dashboard is the only source of data for health insurance coverage estimates for all counties in the U.S. by selected economic and demographic characteristics.
An Introductory Guide to Implementation
This guide provides a framework and concept associated with policy and program implementation for a wide range of audiences, from policymakers to researchers to many others. The tool includes the specific stages taken, evidence-based information, barriers, and historical context regarding implementation.
Columbus County Key Informant Opioid and AOD Survey
This survey collects participants’ demographics, attitudes toward existing resources, future support and service needed, and the perspective on service improvement and the impact of substance use on local systems and in Columbus County, NC.
Update to Bladen County Substance Use Strategic Plan
This report summarizes progress on the 2019 strategic plan. It includes statistics such as EMS overdose calls in Bladen County 2021, overdose deaths by age, race/ethnicity, and gender in Bladen County 2016–2020, etc. Further recommendations, along with the estimated budget for the next five years, are made based on the results that have been achieved.
