Our Data Resource Library now offers tools and reports relevant to our Health Improvement and Local Impact programs. You can browse through all content or select topics such as ACES, Early Childhood Education, Medicaid, Social Determinants of Health and more.

Community Data Platform
The Community Data Platform (CDP) is a cloud-based AWS MySQL database with over 1,000 metrics sourced from public sources, regional anchor institutions, and other community partners.
Resilience Scale
This a valid and reliable self-assessment tool for individuals to measure their resilience, which is composed of 14 questions scaled from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). It generally takes three–four minutes to complete and has over 30 languages available besides English and Spanish.
School Climate Walk, Revised
This observational assessment tool on schools’ culture and climate was modified from Baltimore City Public Schools School Climate project. This tool would be helpful as a starting point in measuring school climate and collecting baseline data to inform capacity building in schools.
Panorama School Climate Survey: Students Grades 6–12
This is a survey tool to collect grade 6–12 students’ perspectives on how supportive their peers and teachers are with self-assessment on their relationships and attitudes toward others in school.
Child Welfare in North Carolina
Through the dashboards, users can access datasets, such as child neglect and abuse summary, foster care, and substantiated child neglect and abuse. The data are updated annually and disaggregated by sex, race and ethnicity, and age at the state level.
Professional Quality of Life Scale
This scale is a self-assessment for individuals working with trauma and disaster survivors to evaluate their compassion satisfaction, burnout, and secondary traumatic stress in the last 30 days. ProQOL 5 is the most recent version and is available in 18 languages.
Devereux Early Childhood Assessment for Infants Record Form
This tool is a behavior rating scale among infants aged 1 month up to 18 months and toddlers aged 18 months to 36 months. It is an effective tool to measure individual growth in a four-week time frame, and it can be completed by parents, caregivers, and/or teachers.
Curbow Childcare Worker Job Stress Inventory
This inventory serves as a useful check-in tool on wellbeing and the working environment toward childcare workers. Each question in the assessment tool is scaled from 0 (Rarely/Never) to 4 (Most of the time/Always) in three areas: Job Demand, Job Resources, and Job Control.
